1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Systematic Pixels, LLC ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site and services.
2. Services and Projects
We provide custom software engineering, web design, mobile applications, and AI integration services. All specific deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and project scopes will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless specified in a signed agreement, all intellectual property rights for custom code, layouts, and materials developed during a project will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Systematic Pixels retains the rights to pre-existing libraries, developer tools, and generic frameworks used in the process.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systematic Pixels, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any software bugs, downtime, or performance issues.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any updates by updating the "Last updated" date of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
